Great pool and plenty of activities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were outdated. Not the best location as there were not many shops or restaurants nearby.

Loved the clean and well-maintained facilities of this hotel, especially the water park and beach area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. We also appreciated the happy hour with 50% off drinks and the live band playing in the evening. The room had southeast Asian decor and good water pressure in the shower.
The beach wasn't the best with some broken glass and sea slugs in the water, and could have been better maintained. , some of the furnishings in the room were outdated and could benefit from an upgrade.
